Off and On

My tum-tum has been feeling off and on all day today, how sad! I wasn’t feeling up for a big meal at all so I sort of snacked my way through the day. I definitely didn’t have a balanced day of eating but I tried to listen to my body and give my tummy what it wanted.

It was such a gorgeous day that I walked to a really cute cafe to grab some coffee and ran into my friend there so we sat and chatted for a while. It was fun! I had a medium soy latte and when the owner saw me looking at the homemade granola she offered me a little sample cup. It was so good—I would have bought a bag but since I’m going home for spring break so soon I think I’ll wait and get some next time I go.

During the workshop I avoided all the HFCS and trans-fatty candy, chips, and baked goods and stuck with a granola bar and apple. I definitely felt much better than I would have if I had eaten all that junk!

Then it was off to the library to study, study, study. I packed a Rudi’s cinnamon raisin bagel with laughing cow and carrots.

A few hours later I bought some Stacy’s Cinnamon Pita Chips which are so amazing.

Then I came home to take a little study break with my friends and had a ‘frozen yogurt’ while we watched Desperate Housewives.

Now it’s back to the books!

See you all tomorrow!
